Position Summary

The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for executing local marketing strategies, leading membership sales efforts, and building strong community partnerships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue and studio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement local marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and promotions
Plan and execute events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, lead conversion, etc.)

Sales Leadership

Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Sales Associates)
Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies

Community Engagement

Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
Represent the studio at community events and networking opportunities
Develop corporate wellness partnerships

Operations Support

Collaborate with studio leadership and coaches
Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency

Key Skills

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
